• Make-up Classes : Classes may be made up during another class day and time during the current session you have enrolled in if space permits and if we have been notified and have approved in advance. Please make sure to register in advance for the class day/time/and location that best suits your family as we limit the number of kids in each class to a maximum of 8-12 depending on the group and will not always be able to accommodate you.  
  • Class Cancelations due to weather and/ or circumstances beyond our control involving the locations we teach at: We will normally follow the local school system's decisions for canceling classes. There will be some occasions in which we may decide to have class depending on the situation. If there is any doubt please check our Facebook page, your email  and/or email or call us. Refunds will not be issued due to circumstances beyond our control. We will most likely move the class online via Zoom and stay on the same schedule if we are not able to meet in person at but understand that not everyone will be able to make it so  every effort will be made to offer you a make up class during the current session if and when another class is available for your child's age group. 
  • Refunds: Tuition is fully refundable BEFORE the FIRST day of the session begins. Up until two weeks after the session has begun ONLY 50% of the remainder of the session for classes unattended at time of cancelation will be refunded. Due to the fact that we accept such a limited number of kids in our classes and spaces are difficult to fill once the session begins we do not offer refunds any refunds after the first two weeks.  
  • Teacher Absence: In the rare occasion that the instructor has to miss class due to health  or an unforeseen emergency we will make every effort to add an additional class to make up for the missed class within or at the end of the current session. If you are not able to attend the additional class we will make individual arrangements with you.  
  • Guests: You can occasionally bring a guest with you if there is room in the class you are registered for but this must be approved by the instructor preferably a week in advance. Please do not bring guests or additional children who are not enrolled in the class to class with you unless you have cleared it with us in advance. 
Please take the time to read our Class Expectations and follow them as closely as possible prior to your child's first class to ensure the best experience for everyone in attendance.
